Indian Recipe

I took this picture while attending an Indian cooking class. (Even though I live in Florida now, I am English and MISS Indian food - I know that may sound confusing, but all the Brits on this site will know what I mean.)

The person giving the class wrote down the recipe so she could follow it. When she put it down on the table I took my shot. I love that some of it is in Indian and some English.
